Brass Plate

Description

1. General brass plate is an alloy of copper and zinc. It is well-suited to make plates because of its excellent plasticity.
2. For special brass plate, except for alloy of copper and zinc, elements like aluminum, silicon, manganese, lead, tin are added to enhance the strength, corrosion resistance and casting properties. Special brass plates include lead brass, tin brass, aluminum brass, silicon brass, manganese brass, etc., and they are designed for loaded parts being manufactured through strong stretch and bending.
3. Supreme corrosion resistance and casting properties, strong strength, and economical to use.

Applications

Brass sheet is widely applied to a number of structural parts, like gasket, bushing, etc. that are used for machining and stamping on account of superior mechanical property, excellent plasticity in cold and thermal state and supreme machining property.
