Description

Generally, the content of aluminum in bronze rod is not more than 11.5 percent. Sometimes in order to improve property further, aluminum bronze rod will be added into moderate iron, nickel and manganese.

1. Aluminum bronze rod has high strength and anti-frication, good corrosion resistance,which has capable of good workability in hot pressure. And it can be electric welding and gas welding.
2. Aluminum bronze with iron and manganese has capable of high strength and wear-resistance, which can improve hardness after quench and temper, good high temperature corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, good corrosion resistance in the air and seawater.
3. Machinability: It can be welded and not easy for brazed, and has good workability in hot state pressure.

Tin Bronze Rod

Description

Tin bronze rod is nonferrous metal alloy, which is used to make fittings with complicated shape, clear profile, low demands on air tightness.

Application

1. Tin bronze bar is very corrosion resistant in the air, fresh water and steam, which widely applied in steam generator and parts of ship.
2. Tin bronze with phosphorus is capable of good mechanical property, which can be used in corrosion resistant parts and elastic parts of high precision machine tools.
3. Tin bronze with lead can be used as corrosion resistant parts and sliding bearing. Furthermore, tin bronze with zinc can be applied in high gas tightness casting.
